Pima Community Access Program, also known as "PCAP", is a not-for-profit organization that provides access to professional health care at discounted prices that the uninsured can afford.
PCAP links low-income, uninsured residents of Pima County with an affordable, comprehensive and coordinated network of health care providers.
PCAP Offers:
- Affordable co-payments only if services are used.
- No monthly premiums.
- Low membership fee of $40.00 every year.
PCAP is powerful partnerships at work to build a healthier community in Pima County.

Single, Childless Adult AHCCCS Members:
Due to an enrollment freeze - If you get dropped from AHCCCS for any reason, you may not be able to have your coverage reinstated.
Don’t delay your renewal…Make sure you renew on time!
