Northwest Healthcare will be hosting an enrollment event, to assist people signing up for AHCCCS or for insurance through the Health Exchange Marketplace. Pima Community Access Program Navigators will be on site for assistance.
Those interested in attending need to bring the following items/information for enrollment:
-Social Security Number (or documents for legal immigrants)
-Employer and income information for every member of your household needing coverage (for example, pay stubs or W-2 forms)
-Physician or provider name/address and policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household.
