Once you see the results of locations near you, you can select the one with the Schedule Online icon next to it to see their available appointments. Find the appointment time and day that fits your schedule, schedule the appointment and show up on that day and time! Be sure to bring your Household Income and information for everyone who is applying. If you cannot make your appointment or need to cancel, please call the enrollment location directly.
